What We're Looking For:

• Dependability and Reliability: We need someone we can count on to show up and give their best, every shift.

• Weekend Availability: You should be available to work at least one day per weekend. Our weekend shifts are buzzing with energy and fun!

• Multi-tasker Extraordinaire: From brewing the perfect cup of coffee to baking gluten-free treats and maintaining a sparkling clean café, you’ll juggle various tasks.

• Quick Learner: Adaptability and picking things up quickly are key.

• Server Experience: Previous experience as a server is a plus, as our café team members are often the face of our customer service.

• Team Player (and sometimes a Lone Ranger): You'll thrive working solo and as part of our team. Collaboration and communication are essential, but you'll also have moments where independence is required.
